Swiss Clinic is a scam company, avoid placing an order at their website. I’ve ordered the microneedling device, it’s been more than a week and it hasn’t been even shipped. I’ve received 0 communication. Of course, they are not replying to emails and keep silence!!

I assume that their products can be also dangerous to health considering that what they write on the website doesn’t reflect the reality. Stay away!

This has been one of the best, and only ways I could get my hereditary sunken zombie undereyes to look 'normal'. The simplicity of this is amazing, and so is the ease of use. Nothing had previously worked for me to lighten my undereyes, but these undereye Microneedle patches have become a weekly staple for me. They provide volume to my undereyes! I use 2 packets a week (very pricey- I know). And these are just *chefs kisses*. I cannot say enough good things about these patches! They do hurt a little when they go on and are pressed in, but then you can't feel them. I just wish I could order in bulk with a nice discount because I just order so many of them! Swiss clinic, hook me up if you do ?

Bought the micro needling kit which suggests replacing the head every 2 months yet 6 months later I am still unable to buy a replacement head!!! Every time I look they are sold out and never come back into stock they just change the date when the stock is going to come. Seems at this point like a scam! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I made my first purchase in Nov.2019, and items came in fast shipping, within 5-10 working days i believe.

I bought:
- 1x Face - Microneedling Home Treatment
- 1x Hyaluronic Microneedle Patches
- 1x Face Dry Mask 3-pack

I got a discount code for 40 or 50% i believe.

What i found life changing was the Face Microneedling, the others might need more time. but with microneedling you will see results within a week.

So for me this was a successful experience.

Purchased the microneedling home treatment set. What a stylish little kit. Couldn't wait to start the treatment. Noticed the difference in my skin straight away. My foundation glided on so smoothly. My skin feels soft and the serum smells great too. Looking forward to trying out more of the Swiss Clinic Products

Do not hesitate to buy micro-needling treatment. I had very dehydrated skin and after one session of treatments (5 days) as advices on the box my skin looks amazing! Much younger, firmer and smooth like a baby’s skin. Additionally the product arrived in two days. Overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The face roller only caused mild redness which faded by the following morning. The serum seemed quite thick so was not convinced it was going to soak in but it did seem to overnight. A week later my skin does seem plumper and healthier overall after a 4 night consistent use.
The body roller went out of stock so still waiting for it 2 weeks later......

I have recently purchased Skin Renewal Microneedle for removing acne scars.
It has only been a week since I have used it but the Rejuvenating Serum is giving me breakout and made my skin more dry. After needling the skin becomes very dry so it needs something to sooth the skin, I will not be using the Serum which is waste of money.

So far not impressed like I mentioned I have only used the Microneedle for a week and I will be using it following the instruction and see how it goes.

I received my microneedling roller very quickly after ordering and was glad to see such excellent instructions on the Swiss Clinic website.

I noticed a difference in my skin after just one use. My skin looked healthier,
plumper and my pores looked markedly smaller. I will definitely keep using this roller.

This roller is very expensive and so i was shocked when it turned up entirely made of plastic. I expected the handle to be steel or something. The roller itself is fine, and the experience (.5mm) is painless. It looks nice but i just cant excuse them the price for light, cheap feeling plastic.

Parcel arrived 5 days later so ok. I haven’t had a chance to review if the rollers work or not yet as I haven’t had any time to use it.
I have given the roller 3 stars as quite disappointed in the roller itself as its made of chrome effect plastic and looks cheap and worried it won’t last long.

I am always searching for good serums and I've tried many. I have been using Swiss Clinic's Rejuvenating Serum with the 0.4 mm roller for the last three weeks and my skin looks the best it's ever been.

Using the roller is less painful than I'd initially thought. There is some redness after use, so I use it at night to allow the redness to subside. I wake up to smooth and unlined skin.

I'm just waiting for the Day Cream, Eye Cream and Cryo Body Cream and roller.

These products will always be in my beauty and anti-ageing cache!

I ordered serum & a roller (0.25). Just started using these products hence difficult to rate its effectiveness but first impressions are very good. Using a roller doesn't hurt at all and gives sort of gentle massage.

It arrived within the indicated dates and package was well wrapped hence in a good shape.

I was originally very happy with this product (Derma Roller & Serum) when it arrived. It was nicely packaged etc. However, the derma roller itself does not seem well made. Every time I use it it squeeks, which is really irritating, and it makes me think it is quite cheaply made. I can't comment on how beneficial the treatments are, as I've only been using it for 1 week. Hopefully, the treatments will be worth it, as the experience itself isn't particularly enjoyable.

I purchased my order on the 15/04/17 and it is now the 23/04/17 and my order has still not arrived. I have emailed Swiss Clinic to ask for an update and no reply. Furthermore i have left a comment on their instagram account and again no reply. Understandable with it being the bank holiday the order hasnt been delivered on time however what im most unimpressed with is the lack of communication and response from the company. Considering i have purchased an item for £74, you'd receive better customer service from the pound store!
